Q: What is your turn around time?
A: We can be pretty quick (~5-7 days), but Olivia is in middle school, and a budding actress, and I do work full time. We can also try to rush your order, but if you need something sooner then 7 business days, please reach out to us first to make sure we can accommodate your timelines.
Q: Can you ship my order?
A: Yes, we do ship USPS 3 day. Right now, we only ship to the US, and do not ship to PO boxes or APO boxes. If you would like to order a gift, and have it sent to a different address then your billing address, just leave us a note in comments of your order. We will include a gift message/note as well as wrap your gift if you would like. Just let us know!
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes, most of our items can be personalized (they are noted as such) but we also love it when customers come to us with their own ideas and let us create something just for them. All custom orders require a 50% deposit.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale pricing?
A: Because we are not for profit, we try to price our items the lowest possible, taking into account materials. However, should you want to place a large order, please send us a message to discuss.
Q: I see something I love, but I want to use my fabric (or wood or other supplies) Can you make something from items I supply?
A: Yes and no. No and yes. It really depends on what the material is. Many of our patterns and designs work with only certain materials. Fabric weaves and wood varieties can vary greatly so we would need to look your supplies to see if we could accommodate. Chances are, we have a fabric you'll love in our stash!

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All XO By Olivia products are designed, crafted and made with love in the USA, in our craft room in Sammamish, WA.
Q: Do your funds stay local?
A: Yes, we feel it is important to give back to those here, in our own community. We fund programs in Sammamish, Redmond, Issaquah and Renton. Thanks for helping us make that happen!

Q: Who is behind XO by Olivia?
A:This sweet team is made up of Teresa (mom) and Olivia (daughter). Now that Olivia is older, she owns coming up with most of our designs and new product concepts as she has a fantastic sense of what's hot for kids/teens while mom focuses on coming up with the more grown up items.
Q: How did XO by Olivia get started?
A: We have always loved spending time together, and loved crafting and creating most of all. For Olivia's 4th birthday she designed little messenger bags for the kids- she picked out the most amazing bits of fabric and drew the sweetest pattern. Moms and kids fell in love with her bags. They also caught the eye of the kids buyer at Nordstrom. Olivia was invited to pitch her line guide, and the rest is history!
Q: How long has XO by Olivia been around?
A; XO by Olivia was founded 8 years ago. We have since grown and expanded our sweet creations to include wood items and our signature passport holders and tote bags!
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For personalized handmade treasures we will send you photos of your project along the way to ensure it is what you had in mind. Therefore, once we complete your order, we can not accept returns due to the nature of the personalization. However, we want you to be 10000% satisfied, so please reach out to us with any issues you might have.
